The program offered focuses on holistic development through structured daily routines, life skills training, and emotional regulation support.
Programming includes:

-
Individualized Behaviour Support using the agency’s Discipline Guide, which emphasizes understanding behaviour as communication, de-escalation strategies, and trauma-informed interventions rather than punitive measures.
-
Life Skills Development such as personal hygiene, budgeting, cooking, and conflict resolution, preparing youth for independent living or reintegration with family or community.
-
Educational Support, including advocacy, homework assistance, and coordination with schools or alternative education programs.
-
Therapeutic and Emotional Support, with regular check-ins, access to counselling, and interventions to address self-harm, aggression, and risky behaviours in a supportive and non-punitive manner.
-
Restorative Approaches to conflict, which foster accountability and reflection while maintaining safety and relationships.
-
Cultural, Recreational, and Social Activities that build self-esteem, support identity development, and encourage positive peer engagement.
-
Safety Planning and Crisis Intervention, guided by Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques, to address high-risk behaviours while ensuring the safety and dignity of all clients.
